1.1 Purpose. This Cookie Policy explains how ForGrabs, a company registered in the State of Delaware ("ForGrabs", "we", "us" or "our"), uses cookies and similar technologies on https://itsforgrabs.com (the "Website") and in the ForGrabs mobile application (the "App").
1.2 Related documents. This Cookie Policy should be read with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal information more generally, including your privacy rights.
2. WHAT COOKIES AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES ARE
2.1 Cookies. Cookies are small text files placed on your browser when you visit a website. They allow the website to remember your actions and preferences and to understand how it is used.
2.2 Similar technologies. We also use local storage in your browser or device and software development kits ("SDKs") built into the App. In this Cookie Policy, "cookies" includes all of these.
2.3 First-party and third-party cookies. First-party cookies are set by us. Third-party cookies are set by our service providers, such as Stripe.
3. THE COOKIES WE USE
3.1 Strictly necessary. These are needed for the Website and App to work and cannot be switched off in our systems. They keep you signed in, protect against fraud and bots, enable secure checkout and remember your settings. Providers include Supabase (authentication) and Stripe (payments and fraud prevention).
3.2 Analytics. These help us understand how visitors use the Website, such as which pages are viewed and where visitors come from, so that we can improve it. We use Vercel Web Analytics, which does not use cookies. The App does not use analytics tools.
3.3 Performance and diagnostics. These measure loading speed and report errors and crashes so that we can fix them. Providers include Vercel Speed Insights and Sentry.
3.4 Emails. Our account and order emails are sent through Resend.
3.5 No advertising cookies. We do not use advertising or retargeting cookies, and we do not allow third parties to use cookies on our Website or App to show you targeted advertising.

5. ANALYTICS
5.1 Website analytics. Vercel Web Analytics counts page visits on the Website and records information such as the page viewed, the referring site, browser, device type and country, without using cookies.
5.2 The App. The App does not use analytics tools. Sentry receives crash and error reports from the App so that we can fix problems.
6. HOW TO MANAGE COOKIES
6.1 Browser settings. Most browsers let you view, block and delete cookies. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop you from signing in or checking out. Guidance is available from your browser provider's help pages.
6.2 Mobile devices. You can reset your device's advertising identifier and limit app tracking in your device's privacy settings.
6.3 Emails. You can limit email measurement by turning off automatic image loading in your email software.
6.4 Global Privacy Control. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information through that browser, as explained in our Privacy Policy.
7. CHANGES AND CONTACT
7.1 Changes. We may update this Cookie Policy when we change the technologies or providers we use. The updated version will be posted on the Website with a new Effective Date.
